The Quarterly Statement, sent every 90 days, targets members who visited your business in the last year but have NOT earned an Award. In this way, it is designed to reach members who may not have visited your business in some but are MOST LIKELY to return again …with a little nudge. Your Royalty Rewards® Coach will help you determine the best offer for your business. We recommend something compelling enough to generate a visit, but low cost such as Double Points.
