Rewards Cards & Enrollment Forms

As an alternative (or in addition) to the Member App, you may opt to use physical Rewards Cards and Enrollment Forms as part of your program.

Rewards Cards are customized with your full color business logo, against a background color of your choice (as shown below), and with up to 3 lines of text in your choice of white or black font. Enrollment Forms are 8.5 x 3.7 folded and customized in the same way as Rewards Cards (with black font only). Fully customized Rewards Cards & Enrollment Forms are also available. Your Royalty Rewards^® Coach will help you determine which option is best for your business.

Cards are printed with white or black font. Enrollment forms are printed with Black font. If you are interested in additional customization for your card or enrollment form, please ask your Coach about a fully custom upgrade.
