Senior Coach and Program Director Tina has been with Royalty Rewards® for over 14 years. When she’s not busy helping our Merchants or her fellow team members, she listening to music or playing a variety of instruments. She also has a dog and loves to travel. We also asked Tina to share a recent Merchant Success Story, and she didn’t disappoint! Her longtime client Conrad’s Seafood Restaurant recently ran a Scratch Bounce Back Campaign. A Scratch Bounce Back Campaign works just like a scratch and win. Your Team hands them out to every customer who visit during a certain period… and EVERYONE is a winner…but they have to return with the card UNSCRATCHED the following month to be eligible to win their prize. Conrad’s handed out their Scratch Bounce Back’s in April and customers redeemed them in May.

Senior Coach Amanda is a grandma of three. With her Australian Shepherd Collie Cross Buddy by her side, she is often heading out of town camping and enjoying the outdoors. With 12 years at Royalty Rewards® under her belt, she’s a master at helping her clients achieve their goals and nothing makes her happier that to celebrate their successes and growth with them.

Amanda also has an impressive Merchant Success Story to share with you. In early April, Lanpro Auto Care Center reached out to Amanda and shared that business was slow compared to last year. Together they reviewed their marketing plan and agreed to run the Economic Stimulus Campaign the next month, May. Lanpro provided a strong, compelling offer of $25 Off Any Service and kept is valid for two months.

The results were so great they decided to extend the deadline for another 2 months aiming to ride the wave and boost their summer sales. It’s a no brainer that this Economic Stimulus Campaign will be added to Lanpro’s Marketing Calendar for 2026 and beyond!

After 12 years of dedication to Royalty Rewards®, Jamie loves getting to know her merchants on a deeper level, building friendships all while seeing them grow and thrive. In fact, she’s had the privilege of working with many of them before she got married! She recently celebrated her 8th wedding anniversary and is Mom to two precious girls – ages 3 and 5. She enjoys reading on her own and with the girls (FUN fact – she reads to them only in Mandarin so they can communicate in 2 languages early on). Currently her personal favorite book is Atomic Habits by James Clear. She also enjoys checking out different parts in the city and outdoor activities with her family,

Jamie also came through with a standout Merchant Success Story. Longtime merchant Egghead’s Restaurant wanted to increase member engagement and communications without a big added financial investment – so Jamie created a multi-step campaign using email to do the job. They updated the weekly joke & trivia email with regular, personalized messages from the owner. Plus, they activated the monthly draw feature (with a compelling prize of a FREE meal up to $20) to increase the email open rate.

By taking a few minutes every week to communicate with their guests, and create a more personable experience, Egghead’s is building community and increased loyalty. THIS is just one more way you can stand out from the corporates! Egghead’s also just recently activated the member survey, and it has paid off. They received valuable feedback from customers about their phone-in order system and their wait list (which they had no idea was causing issues) which they’ve now been able to make improvements.
