Merchant Spotlight: “CLAW” Your Way Over To Our New Location

They had moved one of their locations and needed to update their customers on the move and share some exciting changes that came with it – like their brand new “Parking Paradise”. (Parking at the old location was limited, so this was something to celebrate.)

Coach Tina and the Royalty Rewards® Marketing Team got busy putting together a custom postcard announcing the move and followed that up with a reminder email highlighting all the key information, including the details on the new “Parking Paradise”. So… did we craft a boring announcement simply saying “here’s our new address”? Heck no! In keeping with Conrad’s Seafood Restaurant’s light-hearted style, we created an email that was entertaining, engaging AND informational. And a simple “we’re moving” email quickly became an entertaining interaction that got people excited and TALKING!
